I recently retired from 32 years with the Pittsburgh Public Schools.  I enjoy baking, and frequently supplied baked goods for the teachers' lunch rooms in my schools where they were always eagerly and gratefully consumed.  Additionally, l  participated in a workshop offered through Chatham College on tempering chocolate and making truffles.  Now I'm hoping to turn these hobbies into a delicious business.
